The Game
The 2018 FIRST® Robotics Competition game, includes two alliances of video game characters and their human operators who are trapped in an arcade game. Both alliances are working to defeat the boss in order to escape! Alliances gain points by placing "power cubes" on scales and switches to gain ownership. The longer an alliance owns a scale or switch, the more points they get! Power cubes can also be traded for temporary boosts to points or ownership. Robots can also climb at the end of the match for additional points.
